经皮穿刺冠状动脉腔内溶栓术(PTCR)是国外近年来推广和普及用以治疗急性心肌梗塞的新技术之一,具有缩小梗塞面积,降低急性期死亡率和保护心脏功能的确切疗效。现将我院1989年3月施行PTCR治疗以来13例AMI的病例报告如下。
