宿舍文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,是校园文化建设的重要环节,加强宿舍文化建设有利于培养学生良好的生活习惯、学习习惯和人际交往能力,增强学生之间的凝聚力。有利于加强学生管理,增加学生对学校的认同感和归属感,有助于发挥学生群体在校园文化建设中的作用。宿舍文化包含物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化,本人从这四个层面探索宿舍文化建设的途径。
Dormitory culture is an important part of campus culture and an important part of campus culture construction. Strengthening the cultural construction of dormitory is conducive to cultivating students’ good living habits, study habits and interpersonal skills, and enhancing the cohesion among students. Help to strengthen student management, increase students’ sense of identity and belonging to school, and help to play the role of student groups in the construction of campus culture. Dormitory culture contains material culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and spiritual culture. From these four aspects, I explore the ways of cultural construction of dormitory.
