Two years ago, in order to implement the spirit of the document entitled “Opinions on the Arrangements for Carrying out Training and Education Activities on National Legal Institutions for Intellectual Property Rights” issued by the Office of Intellectual Property Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Justice, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Joint Conference Office, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Shanghai Legal System Since 1996, the Publicity and Education Office has jointly conducted a city-wide training and education campaign on intellectual property legal system and established seven training outlets.
