应用不同周龄的纯系鼠(C3H/He)及间接免疫荧光技术,鉴定并计算身体不同部位表皮Thy-1~+及Ia~+树枝状细胞的密度。结果表明,Thy-1~+及Ia~+表皮树枝状细胞的密度在老龄组中明显下降。同时在Thy-1~+及Ia~+表皮树枝状细胞之间存在着不同的密度及分布方式。Thy-1~+及Ia~+表皮树枝状细胞的密度在老龄组中明显下降,可能反映了在老化过程中机体免疫学变化的一部分。
The densities of Thy-1 ~ + and Ia ~ + dendritic cells in the epidermis of different parts of the body were identified and calculated using pure rat (C3H / He) and indirect immunofluorescence technique. The results showed that the density of Thy-1 ~ + and Ia ~ + epidermal dendritic cells in the aging group decreased significantly. At the same time, there are different densities and distribution patterns between Thy-1 ~ + and Ia ~ + epidermic dendritic cells. The density of Thy-1 ~ + and Ia ~ + epidermal dendritic cells decreased significantly in the aging group, which may reflect the part of the immunological changes in the aging process.
