卫生部日前下发了《餐饮具集中消毒单位卫生监督规范(试行)》,首次明确了卫生部门为餐具消毒企业的监管机构,重点列出了九类不合格情形,消费者此前一直担忧的消毒餐具卫生问题有望得到彻底解决。
