通过观察,运用杂交指数、花粉、胚珠比、人工授粉和套袋试验等方法,对上海市引种的处于半自然状态的百子莲(Agapanthus praecox ssp. orientalis‘Big Blue’)的开花状态、繁育系统进行了研究。结果表明:百子莲单花花期一般2~3d,花药全部开裂需要3~5h。开花过程中柱头与花药无明显空间隔离现象,雄蕊先于雌蕊成熟。杂交指数等于4,花粉—胚珠比等于25622,结合人工套袋和授粉试验的结果,可以确定该物种的繁育系统属于异交为主,部分自交亲和,传粉过程需要传粉者。
Through the observation and application of hybrid index, pollen, ovule ratio, artificial pollination and bagging test, the flowering state and the breeding system of Agapanthus praecox ssp. Orientalis’Big Blue ’introduced in Shanghai were studied. Were studied. The results showed that the flowering period of single flowering was more than 2 ~ 3d, and all anther dehiscence required 3 ~ 5h. Stigma and anthers no significant spatial segregation during flowering, stamens mature before pistils. The hybrid index was equal to 4 and the pollen-ovule ratio was equal to 25622. According to the results of artificial bagging and pollination test, it was confirmed that the breeding system of this species belonged to outcrossing, partially self-compatible and pollination.
