电力企业是影响我国经济发展的重要企业,我国市场经济体制的完善,传统供电企业经营管理方式已经不能满足我国社会发展的需求。我国电力行业也在慢慢的向市场导向型企业转变,所以,重新认识和看待县级供电企业经营管理工作,结合市场经济形势进行县级供电企业经营管理方式的转变,进一步推动县级供电企业的发展。本文就针对县级供电企业经营管理现状,提出科学合理的管理策略。
Electric power enterprises are important enterprises that affect our country’s economic development. The market economic system in our country is perfect. The management mode of traditional power supply enterprises can no longer satisfy the demand of social development in our country. China’s power industry is also slowly changing to the market-oriented enterprises, so re-understanding and treatment of county-level power supply business management, combined with the market economy situation county-level power supply business management changes, and further promote the county-level power supply enterprises development of. This article aims at the county-level power supply business management status quo, put forward a scientific and rational management strategy.
