Experts from the Urban Planning Society Academic Committee of the China Urban Planning Association recently gathered in Beijing to deeply understand the significance of the “development of small cities and towns as a major strategy for rural economic and social development” proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee. We seized favorable opportunities to speed up the development of small towns and discussed discussions.
