患者马××女53岁农民住院号108067 左眼内长一小黑色肿物已10年,无不适感,未经诊治。近3个月来,左眼内肿物逐渐增大,视力下降,颞侧视野被遮挡,眼红、疼痛。1988年9月22日诊断为左眼虹膜肿瘤。否认外伤史。直系亲属中无同样眼病。全身休检无异常发现。视力右1.2,左0.3。右外眼及眼底均正常。眼压右眼2.31KPa,左眼6.75KPa。左眼睫状充血。角
