目前治疗新生血管性青光眼有采用激光、冷凝、异质物移植等方法,想降低眼压,减少患者疼痛,保留眼球,但均收效甚微,故此病的治疗方法仍处于探索阶段。我们吸取国内外有关专家的经验,提出了扁平部造痿治疗新生血管性青光眼的方法,通过扁平部引流,以解决降低眼压的问题。通过15例手术,收到了较好效果,但仍有一些问题尚待进一步研究。现报告如下。手术方法我们采用2%普鲁卡因作球后和结膜下麻醉,麻醉后缝上直肌固定线固定眼球。于
