目的:了解芝麻饼肥对裕丹参药材产量和有效成分含量的影响。方法:采用田间试验的方法,研究不同芝麻饼肥施用量对裕丹参地上部植株重、根重、产量和有效成分含量的影响。结果:适量增施芝麻饼肥可以促进裕丹参地上部和根系生长,显著增加根长、根粗、根条数和根重,裕丹参产量最高可增加156.5%;适量增施芝麻饼肥裕丹参药材丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA含量增加。结论:增施芝麻饼肥可以提高裕丹参产量和品质,在方城县裕丹参栽培条件下芝麻饼肥的适宜施用量为2 250 kg/hm~2。
Objective: To understand the effect of sesame cake fertilizer on the yield and active ingredient content of Yudanson. Methods: Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different sesame cake fertilizers on the plant weight, root weight, yield, and active ingredient content of the upper leaves of Yudanshen. Results: The application of proper amount of sesame cake fertilizer could promote the growth of the upper part and the root of the leaves, increase the root length, root diameter, root number and root weight significantly, and increase the yield of Yu Dan ginseng by 156.5% Phenolic acids B and tanshinone IIA levels increased. Conclusion: The application of sesame cake fertilizer can improve the yield and quality of YuDanShen. The suitable dosage of sesame cake fertilizer is 2250kg / hm ~ 2 under the cultivation of Yudanshen in FangCheng County.
