建筑工程施工,结构复杂,多工种交叉作业,作业人员的素质参差不齐,安全意识偏低,因此,发生安全事故的隐患较大。那么,建筑企业对安全管理的重视程度,决定了能否将对施工现场进行系统化的管理贯彻到位。从管理效果的角度看,在施工过程中控制好人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态在时空上的交叉是预防事故的关键之所在。
Construction projects, complex structures, multi-species cross-job, the quality of workers uneven, low safety awareness, therefore, the greater the risk of accidents. Well, the construction enterprises pay more attention to the safety management, which determines whether the systematic management of the construction site can be put in place. From the perspective of management effectiveness, the key point of accident prevention lies in the intersection of time and space between the unsafe behavior of controlling good people and the unsafe state of material during the construction process.
