一、深圳市场目前实施“准入制度”的现状目前深圳从事食品生产、经营的商家共有22042家,其中粮类3012家,肉类3830家、蔬菜5464家、水果类2726家、奶制品254家、豆制品576家、水产品1550家、其他类4630家。目前已经建立索证、索票制度的经营户336家,建立食品准入制度的市场、经营户755家。布吉农产品批发市场和福田农产品批发市场已经基本完成场内商品进销票据制度建设,福田农产品批发市场已经列为“市场准入试点单位”。目前,全市有152个市场配备有蔬菜农药残留快速检测仪,具备了对进场商品质量的简易自检手段。其中福田农批市场等大型市场还有较为精密的检验仪器,初步形成了政府权威检测为主,市场经营管理单位自检为辅助和补充的市场商品质量检验检测体系。
