在焊接施工中,焊接电流是焊接规范中的一个重要参数。焊接电流选择得是否合适,将会直接影响到焊接后焊缝的外观及内在质量。因此,在一些有关书籍上都介绍了根据焊条直径来计算焊接电流参考值的经验公式。计算焊接电流的经验公式如下:I=k d式中:k──经验系数;d──焊条直径。对于经验系数k,有的书中只给了一个大致范围,即35~60。这样就给焊接电流的计算带来了较大的误差,失去了参考的意义。同时也不利于焊接工人的使用,尤其是对于初学焊工的人来说,更显得困难。
