《英语课程标准》提出学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。英语课程在目标设定、教学过程、课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都突出以学生为主体的思想。随着新课程的实施,作为第一线教师,从扮演的“角色”定位上,应进行战略转换。本文主要从教育教学理念和观念、教学方式和方法两方面论述了教师角色的转变。
“English Curriculum Standards” put forward the development of students is the starting point and destination of English courses. The English curriculum emphasizes student-centered thinking in setting goals, teaching process, curriculum evaluation and teaching resource development. With the implementation of the new curriculum, as a front-line teacher, from the role of “role ” positioning, should be a strategic shift. This paper mainly discusses the change of teachers’ roles from two aspects of education philosophy and concept, teaching methods and methods.
