1983年春夏之交,双城市同心乡同心村出土1件玉斧,为一农民在种田时采集。地点在同心村西偏南部位,距同心村约1500米,其东南约1500米处为同心乡治乡村。西侧约300米处有一条水沟由北向南流入拉林河,春季已干涸。附近地势平坦,早已开垦为耕地。玉斧长身弧刃,全长12.9厘米,刃宽4.5厘米,斧顶稍斜,宽2.7厘米,斧身稍薄,最厚处1.5厘米如图。玉斧的材质为岫玉,表面碧绿、黄褐、墨黑、灰白等色混杂相
