年轻人不可能一下子就掌握(教育)技能。谁要是有如一潭死水停滞不前,谁就不能掌握教育技能。谁要能不断地作新的尝试,每一次都仔细地分析自己的失误,谁就一定能掌握教育技能。新手们加入教师集体情况各有不同。一种人做什么事都忐忑不安,遭受挫折就非常难过。另一种人则正相反,他们十分自信,甚至还有点趾高气扬。第三种人则是接连不断地提出不合理的要求,恬不知耻地推托回避:
