各有关单位:《北京市“十五”时期财政发展规划》已经市领导批准,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。《北京市“十五”时期财政发展规划》是根据《北京市国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》的精神和首都新世纪发展的需要,由市财政局编制完成的。该规划提出了今后五年我市财政的发展目标、发展思路、发展重点和政策措施,是全市“十五”规划体系的重要组成部分,是“十五”时期本市财政发展的指导性文件。

The Plan for Financial Development in Beijing During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period is based on the spirit of “Outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for Beijing’s National Economic and Social Development and the needs of the development of the capital in the new century and is prepared by the Municipal Finance Bureau.” The plan sets forth the development goals, development ideas, development priorities and policy measures of the city’s finance over the next five years. It is an important component of the city’s “15th Five-Year Plan” and is the fiscal development of the city during the “10th Five-Year Plan” Guidance document.
