寿险公司农村业务的基础在乡镇和乡村,农村寿险中心网点建设是抢占农村业务市场的桥头堡,提高经营管理水平的重要举措,提升服务品质和美誉度的迫切需要,增强客户信任度的有效载体。目前农村寿险中心网点建设普遍存在基础比较薄弱、管理服务功能欠缺、品牌形象不高等问题,难以满足农村寿险市场发展的需要。寿险公司农村中心网点建设必须以科学发展观为指导,明确发展目标、设立条件、功能定位、建设标准,做到发展有目标,建立有基础,核算有效益,风险可管控,建设有标准。
