在日益激烈的市场竞争中,我国的保险金融集团与子公司需要抓住战略机遇期,增强市场竞争力,实现稳健发展。其中,集团层面采取的有效措施包括确立横向战略、建立横向组织、确立高适应性激励政策体系、合理授权与资源支持、有效构建预警系统。子公司采取的有效措施包括明确自身在集团公司发展中的作用与地位、形成有效的经营价值观、运用协同手段并将其高效转化为发展资源、推行目标化与标准化管理及有效反馈。
In the increasingly fierce market competition, China’s insurance financial groups and subsidiaries need to seize the strategic opportunities, enhance market competitiveness and achieve steady development. Among them, effective measures taken at the group level include establishing horizontal strategies, establishing horizontal organizations, establishing a highly adaptive incentive policy system, properly empowering and supporting resources and effectively building an early warning system. Effective measures taken by subsidiaries include clarifying their role and position in the development of group companies, forming effective management values, using synergistic means and efficiently transforming them into resources for development, and implementing targeted and standardized management and effective feedback.
