目的:研究红葱乙醇提取物对实验性急性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其抗氧化作用,并研究了红葱的急性毒性。方法:采用无水乙醇诱导大鼠胃溃疡损伤模型,通过测定胃黏膜溃疡指数观察红葱乙醇提取物不同剂量组对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用;采用老龄小鼠模型,测定小鼠血液和肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px活性与MDA的含量;采用小鼠最大耐受量(MTD)灌胃法,间隔6小时连续3次给药后,常规饲养小鼠14天,记录小鼠毒性反应情况,死亡数目及体重变化。结果:与模型组比较,红葱乙醇提取物中剂量组(18.75g/kg)能显著减小溃疡大鼠的溃疡面积,降低血液中MDA含量,增强SOD活性及GSH-Px活性;红葱乙醇提取物能显著增强血液中SOD活性及GSH-Px活性;红葱乙醇提取物高剂量组、中剂量组能明显降低肝组织中MDA含量,增强SOD活性;低剂量组能明显降低肝组织中MDA含量,增强GSH-Px活性。小鼠1天内的最大给药量为112.5g/kg,14天内未见小鼠出现毒副反应。结论:红葱乙醇提取物具有保护胃黏膜作用和抗氧化作用,初步评价无明显毒性作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of ethanol extract from red on acute gastric mucosal injury and its anti-oxidative effects, and to study the acute toxicity of red onion. The maximum dose of the mice in one day was 112.5g / kg, no toxic side effects were observed in the mice within 14 days. Conclusion: Ethanol extract has protective effect on gastric mucosa and anti-oxidation, the initial evaluation of no significant toxicity.
