文章以水文监测平台为研究对象,根据水文监测具体的业务情况,设计一套实用的水文监测管理平台,解决地区(流域)对水文测站时时监测的问题,为水文管理部门提供第一手的水文监测资料。
In this paper, the hydrological monitoring platform is taken as the research object. According to the specific business of hydrological monitoring, a set of practical hydrological monitoring and management platform is designed to solve the problem of the hydrological station monitoring from time to time in the region (watershed) and provide the first-hand Hydrological monitoring data.
