本文对我国土地大规模流转前后的农产品生产情况进行了分析,通过实证研究发现土地流转会限制粮食生产,促进油料、蔬菜等经济作物生产,从而造成农产品供求结构失衡。基于粮食安全角度考虑,我们认为这种农产品结构改变会进一步加剧“非粮化”现象,导致我国粮食安全问题更加突出。政府应从行为选择、政策保障以及耕地资源等各个层面保障粮食安全的实现。
This paper analyzes the production of agricultural products before and after large-scale land circulation in our country. Through empirical research, it is found that land circulation will restrict grain production and promote the production of oilseeds, vegetables and other cash crops, resulting in the imbalance between supply and demand of agricultural products. From the perspective of food security, we think this structural change in agricultural products will further aggravate the phenomenon of “non-food” and lead to a more prominent issue of food security in our country. The government should guarantee the realization of food security from various aspects such as behavior selection, policy support and cultivated land resources.
