2008年2月29日,中国中材国际工程股份有限公司(简称中材国际)与尼日利亚TANGOTE集团在钓鱼台国宾馆签署了水泥生产线总承包项目合同和水泥生产线意向书。中国企业在国际化画卷上又添了一笔重彩。中材国际是中材集团控股的A股上市公司;是中国最大的国际级水泥技术、装备及工程公司;在世界41个国家承建过项目。拥有如此多成绩的中材国际仅是个成立于2001年底的“年轻”公司。究竟这家年轻的公司如何取得这些成绩?
On February 29, 2008, Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Sinoma International) signed a letter of intent on cement production line general contracting project and cement production line with Diaoyutai State Guesthouse with Nigerian TANGOTE Group. Chinese enterprises have added another touch of color to the international picture. Sinoma International is a A-share listed company controlled by Sinoma Group. It is China’s largest international cement technology, equipment and engineering company and has contracted projects in 41 countries in the world. With so many achievements, Sinoma International is only a “young” company established at the end of 2001. How does this young company achieve these achievements?
