目的了解江苏省2012年放射性疾病哨点监测地区—张家港市放射工作人员外照射剂量水平。方法按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人剂量监测规范》的方法对2012-2013年全市放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平进行监测。结果共监测894人,人均年有效剂量为0.344 mSv·a-1,其中介入放射学工作人员人均年有效剂量约1.457 mSv·a-1,放射治疗学为1.268 mSv·a-1,诊断放射学、工业探伤等岗位工作人员人均年有效剂量约0.300 mSv·a-1左右。结论介入放射学和放射治疗学放射工作人员平均年有效剂量明显高于其他行业,诊断放射学、工业探伤等岗位人员平均年有效剂量接近,均处于较低水平。
Objective To understand the radiation dose level of radiation workers in Zhangjiagang City, a sentinel surveillance area for radioactive diseases in Jiangsu Province in 2012. Methods According to GBZ 128-2002 “Occupational exposure to personal dose monitoring norms” approach to 2012-2013 the city’s radiation workers to monitor the individual dose level of exposure. Results A total of 894 people were monitored with an average annual effective dose of 0.344 mSv · a-1. The annual average effective dose of interventional radiology staff was 1.457 mSv · a-1 and the radiotherapy was 1.268 mSv · a-1. The diagnostic radiology , Industrial testing and other post workers per capita annual effective dose of about 0.300 mSv · a-1 or so. Conclusions The average annual effective dose of interventional radiology and radiotherapy radiology staff is obviously higher than other industries. The average annual effective dose of diagnostic radiology and industrial flaw detection is close to the lowest level.
