该钻机的升降机部分没有注油孔,只是在大修或中修时加一次油。在使用过程中,开始使用的二~三个月内齿轮和轴承等处处于润滑状态,随后即处于干摩擦状态了。由于里边的滚动轴承和游星齿轮等得不到良好润滑,经常损坏。往往一台升降机用于钻进800~1100米左右,就需要更换或修理。影响钻机进尺也增加了机械事故率。我队改制了一台升降机注油装置(见附图),使用情况良好,很受现场工人欢迎。用油枪从油咀(6)注油,经过油管(8)到联接螺栓(10),再通过轴(9)的轴向及径向油孔,进入游星齿轮(1)内腔。一部分油进入滚动轴承进行润滑,另一部分通过齿轮齿根处的小孔到达齿面。
The rig does not have an oil hole in the lift section, but only adds oil once during overhaul or midship repair. In use, the gears and bearings, etc., are in a state of lubrication within two to three months from the start of use, followed by dry friction. Because the inside of the rolling bearings and planetary gears are not well lubricated, they are often damaged. Often a lift is used to drill about 800 to 1100 meters and it needs to be replaced or repaired. Impact on drilling footage also increases the rate of mechanical accidents. Our team restructured a lifter oiling device (see attached drawing). It is in good condition and is very popular with field workers. Apply oil from the oil nozzle (6) with the oil gun, pass the oil tube (8) to the connecting bolt (10), and then pass through the axial and radial oil holes of the shaft (9) into the internal space of the planetary gear (1). A part of the oil enters the rolling bearing for lubrication, and the other part reaches the tooth surface through the small hole at the gear tooth root.
