近日,江苏省住房城乡建设厅组织召开了淮安市数字化城市管理系统建设方案专家评审会。专家组认为,方案设计采用成熟技术,业务流程规范,平台配置和技术措施合理,内容较为全面,符合国家、行业和地方数字城管相关标准和要求。方案确定了“一级监督、两级指挥、分级处置”的运行模式。结合淮安本地实际,明确了市、区联动的运行机制,凸显了“横向到边、纵向到底”的一体化监管要求,同意方案通过评审。
Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized a review meeting for experts in digital city management system construction in Huaian City. The Group believes that the program design using mature technologies, business process specifications, platform configuration and technical measures reasonable, more comprehensive content, in line with national, industry and local digital city management standards and requirements. The program has determined the operation mode of “one level of supervision, two levels of command and grading disposal”. Combined with the local actual situation in Huaian, the operation mechanism of the linkage between city and district was clarified, highlighting the integrated supervision requirement of “horizontal to edge and vertical to bottom”, and agreed that the plan passed the assessment.
