儿童体内血铅水平与年龄的关系的研究可提供儿童铅摄入、吸收、分布和排泄的有用资料。已往许多有关的研究报道,对大量儿童的研究发现最高血铅水平在2~3岁,以后逐渐下降。也曾有研究发现6岁以下儿童体内血铅水平与年龄无明显关系,6~17岁儿童随年龄增长血铅水平逐渐降低。还有人提出0~8岁儿童体内血铅水平随年龄增长而升高。鉴于此,本研究对儿童体内血铅水平与年龄的关系再进行阐述。研究对象为1981年7月~1982年9月间,在日本某政府医院儿科门诊就诊的526名
A study of the relationship between blood lead levels and age in children provides useful information on lead intake, absorption, distribution, and excretion in children. In the past, many related studies have reported that the study of a large number of children found that the highest level of blood lead in 2 to 3 years old, then gradually decreased. There have also been studies have found that children under 6 years of age blood lead levels and age had no significant relationship, 6 to 17-year-old children with blood lead levels gradually decreased. Others suggested that blood lead levels in children aged 0-8 years increased with age. In view of this, this study elaborates the relationship between blood lead levels and age in children. The study was conducted between July 1981 and September 1982 with 526 pediatric outpatient clinics in a government hospital in Japan
