我们调查了与人类有密切关系的鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽的人类肠道致病菌带菌情况。空肠弯曲菌,志贺氏菌和沙门氏菌的检出率,鸡分别15.0%,1.7%和3.3%;鸭:13.1%,4.8%和1.7%;鹅:33.8%,6.1%和1.4%。90株空肠弯曲菌中,马尿酸盐(+)和(-)各占90%和10%,与当地腹泻病人中分离的空肠弯曲菌优势血清型相同(46型)。
We investigated human gut pathogens carried by chickens, ducks and geese that are closely related to human beings. The detection rates of Campylobacter jejuni, Shigella flexneri and Salmonella were 15.0%, 1.7% and 3.3% respectively for chickens; 13.1%, 4.8% and 1.7% for ducks; and 33.8%, 6.1% and 1.4% for goose. Among 90 strains of Campylobacter jejuni, hippurate (+) and (-) accounted for 90% and 10%, respectively, which was the same as the predominant serotype of Campylobacter jejuni isolated from local diarrhea patients (46).
