经整体动物及离体器官的实验证明,柠檬醛(citral,简称cit)具有降压、降低小鼠整体氧耗、增加离体兔心冠脉流量的作用,且对垂体后叶素及异丙基肾上腺素所致之实验性心肌缺血心电图有一定改善作用。本研究系以猫心乳头肌为标本,测试Cit对心肌收缩性、兴奋性,自律性、不应性之基本特性的影响,以了解Cit对心脏的作用,并观察Cit抗实验性心律失常的作用。
