应用薄层扫描法分析鉴定中成药尚少报道。本文应用薄层扫描法鉴定了二种中成药。通过单味药与成药进行阳性或阴性对照。认定了中成药中各原料中药的特征色谱峰,从而达到鉴定中成药中各原料中药的目的。为评价中成药的品质提供一种简便、精确的方法。
The use of thin-layer scanning to identify and identify Chinese patent drugs is still reported. In this paper, two kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines were identified by thin-layer scanning. Positive or negative controls were performed with single-taste drugs and finished drugs. The characteristic chromatographic peaks of raw Chinese medicines in Chinese patent medicines were identified, and the purpose of identifying raw Chinese medicines in Chinese patent medicines was achieved. To provide a simple and accurate method for evaluating the quality of proprietary Chinese medicines.
