对直馏柴油精制工艺技术的现状和研究进展进行了评述。氨法化学萃取是直馏柴油精制工艺的研究热点 ,其能否取代直馏柴油碱洗电精制 硫酸中和法工艺的关键在于新型破乳剂、高效萃取设备和三相分离器的开发。介绍了作者开发的SW 1破乳剂在直馏柴油氨精制工艺中的应用研究
The status quo and research progress of straight-run diesel refining technology are reviewed. Ammonia chemical extraction is the research focus of straight-run diesel refining process. Whether it can replace the development of straight-run diesel alkali cleaning process and sulfuric acid neutralization process lies in the development of new demulsifier, high efficiency extraction equipment and three-phase separator. The application of SW 1 demulsifier developed by the author in the ammonia refining of straight-run diesel oil is introduced
