从十一届三中全会以来,我国经济学家开过无数次座谈会、研讨会。这些会对推进我国经济体制改革。发展我国经济起了很大作用。1985年党中央准备作出一个关于教育体制改革的决定。在文件起草过程中,一次在胡耀邦召集的会议上,我曾发表过一个看法:在经济体制改革方面,中国经济学家不知道开了多少次座谈会、研讨会、发表了多少文章。这对于认识的深入和造成强有力的舆论起了很大的作用。而在教育体制改革方面,中国的教育学界开的会、写的文章实在太少。去年9月我在写《发展社会主义市场经济中的一个重要课题——推进与之相应的社会观念变革》时又把社会观念变革方面的座谈
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, economists in our country have conducted numerous forums and seminars. These will promote China's economic restructuring. The development of our economy played a big role. In 1985 the party Central Committee prepared to make a decision on the education system reform. During the drafting of the document, once at a meeting convened by Hu Yaobang, I once made the following opinion: As far as economic restructuring is concerned, Chinese economists do not know how many forums, seminars and articles they have published. This played a significant role in deepening understanding and creating strong public opinion. In education system reform, there are just too few articles written by Chinese educational circles.
