目的对麻醉药物氟烷的药理特点和临床疗效进行评估。方法临床应用氟烷进行麻醉,观察氟烷在人体内的作用机制。结果适用于各种手术麻醉,包括需用电灼、电刀的手术;也适合一些特殊病人麻醉。结论氟烷具有麻醉性能强、诱导迅速,舒适平稳的特点,但也有不良反应的存在,应用于临床时要格外引起注意。
Objective To evaluate the pharmacological characteristics and clinical efficacy of narcotic drugs halothane. Methods The clinical application of halothane anesthesia to observe the mechanism of action of halothane in the human body. The results apply to a variety of surgical anesthesia, including the need for electrocautery, electric knife surgery; also suitable for some special anesthesia. Conclusion Hyaluronan has the characteristics of strong anesthesia, rapid induction, comfortable and stable, but there are also adverse reactions exist, when used in clinical should pay special attention.
