文章根据对湖北省新型农村合作医疗制度实施的情况,提出了因地制宜、提高补偿比例、控制医疗费用方面的建议。

Based on the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system in Hubei Province, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to adapt to local conditions, increase the proportion of compensation and control medical expenses.
