通过对示范运行的燃料电池混合动力城市大客车的运行数据进行统计分析,总结了车辆运行的基本情况,分析了不同时期和条件下的燃料经济性和能量流动。结果表明:公交路况下示范车在中高速下贡献了大部分的行驶里程,低速和怠速下却消耗了大部分的能量。通过对比不同时期和不同技术下的能量流动图表发现:燃料电池系统在运行过程中的能量效率较高(40%~50%);国产燃料电池城市客车的能量消耗率优于传统柴油城市客车;车辆的附件功率随季节发生变化,附件功耗由于空调的开启而波动较大(总能量的10%~18%);在采用制动能量回馈技术后,可降低7%~8%的燃料消耗。
Through the statistical analysis of the operating data of the fuel cell hybrid city bus operating in demonstration mode, the basic situation of the vehicle operation is summarized, and the fuel economy and energy flow under different periods and conditions are analyzed. The results show that the model car contributes most of the driving range at high speed under bus road conditions, and consumes most of the energy at low speed and idle speed. By comparing the energy flow charts under different periods and different technologies, it is found that the energy efficiency of the fuel cell system during operation is relatively high (40% -50%); the energy consumption rate of domestic fuel cell city buses is superior to that of conventional diesel city buses; Vehicle accessory power changes with seasons, accessory power consumption fluctuates greatly due to air conditioning turning on (10% ~ 18% of total energy), and fuel consumption can be reduced by 7% ~ 8% after using brake energy feedback technology .
