阅读是学生获取英语语言信息,了解英语国家风俗人情并逐渐提高学生语言素质的重要途径。在高考中阅读理解占有60%也说明了英语阅读的重要性。对于高中学生来讲,提高阅读理解能力,做好阅读理解题已经成为高考英语能否取得好成绩的关键。更为重要的是,阅读能力的提高可为学生今后了解国外一些先进的科学技术和文学艺术打下良好的基础。但是如何提高他们的英语阅读能力一直是一线英语教师着力思考的课题。在结合自己的教学实践,分析影响学生阅读能力的因素的过程中,笔者逐渐摸索出一条适合本区域高中生提高英语阅读能力的方法。
Reading is an important way for students to acquire English language information, understand the customs and habits of English-speaking countries and gradually improve their language quality. 60% of reading comprehension in college entrance examination also shows the importance of English reading. For high school students, to improve reading comprehension, reading comprehension problems have become the key to college entrance examination English can achieve good results. More importantly, the improvement of reading ability can lay a good foundation for students to understand some advanced science, technology and literature and art in foreign countries in the future. However, how to improve their English reading ability has always been a problem that front-line English teachers think hard about. Combined with my own teaching practice, analyzing the factors that affect students’ reading ability, I gradually worked out a suitable method for senior high school students in this region to improve their English reading ability.
