今年是中国人民抗日战争胜利五十周年,也是世界人民反法西斯战争胜利五十周年。为纪念这个来之不易的胜利,我们编发了这篇纪实小说。梁思成是我国蜚声海内外的杰出建筑学家.梁启超的长子,也是联合国大厦设计委员会成员,解放后他积极参加了中华人民共和国国徽设计和人民英雄纪念碑的建筑设计。在这里,我们想说的是,作为一个亲身经历过那场劫难,对日本侵略者有着切肤之痛的中国人,在美国军部为取得最后的胜利,对日本本土实行大规模轰炸时,他为了避免使难以再造的东方古代建筑这一人类文化瑰宝遭受灭顶之灾,却能挺身而出,毅然阻止美国军部对日本京都、奈良等古都的轰炸,这是何等的气魄,何等的胸襟!五十年后的今天,京都、奈良依然矗立在东方的土地上,我们回顾这段历史,不仅是要阻止人类文明的悲剧重演,更重要的是要用我们的双手创造出人类更加美好的未来!
This year marks the fiftieth anniversary of the victory of the Chinese people in the war of resistance against Japan and the fiftieth anniversary of the victory of the people in the world in the anti-fascist war. To commemorate this hard-won victory, we compiled this documentary novel. Liang Sicheng, one of the most famous architects at home and abroad, is the eldest son of Liang Qichao, a member of the United Nations Building Design Committee. After the liberation, he actively participated in the design of the national emblem of the People’s Republic of China and the architectural design of the People’s Heroes Monument. What we want to say here is that as a Chinese who personally experienced the catastrophe and had a devastating pain upon the Japanese invaders, he tried to avoid the massive bombing of the Japanese territory by the U.S. military for the ultimate victory. So hard to re-create the ancient oriental architecture, the cultural treasures of mankind suffered a catastrophe, but can stand up, resolutely prevent the U.S. military headquarters in Japan, Kyoto, Nara and other ancient capital bombing, which is how boldness, how mind! Years later, Kyoto and Nara still stand on the land of the East. Looking back this period of history, we not only want to stop the recurrence of the tragedy of human civilization, but more importantly, create a better future for mankind through our hands!
