目的本研究评估糖尿病患者一级亲属的血清硒水平。方法对糖尿病患者一级亲属的血清硒水平、胰岛素抵抗、血脂、炎症标志物及血压等指标进行分析。结果糖尿病患者一级亲属的血清硒水平显著低于对照组[(746.5±59)μg/L VS.(887±87)μg/L],而Hs-CRP、HOMA-IR、胰岛素、Hcy显著高于对照组[(13.2±9)mg/L VS.(6.3±0.4)mg/L;(2.07±0.84)VS.(1.51±0.69);(9.26±3.8)VS.(6.8±2.98)μU;(15.7±7.4)VS.(11.5±5.1)μmol/L];血清硒水平与Hs-CRP有显著相关性,与HOMA-IR有弱相关性,与血压及其他的参数没有相关性;血清硒水平<80μg/L时的HsCRP、HOMA-IR、Hcy显著高于血清硒水平≥80μg/L的值[(12.3±9.8)VS.(8.1±7.6)mg/L;(1.99±0.88)VS.(1.64±0.74);(15.0±7.6)VS.(12.9±5.7)μmol/L]。结论硒缺乏会增加糖尿病患者一级亲属心血管疾病发生的危险性。
Objectives This study assessed serum selenium levels in first-degree relatives of patients with diabetes. Methods Serum selenium levels, insulin resistance, blood lipids, inflammatory markers and blood pressure in first-degree relatives of diabetic patients were analyzed. Results Serum selenium level of first-degree relatives of diabetic patients was significantly lower than that of the control group [(746.5 ± 59) μg / L VS.
