笔者最近应酬较多,晚上常喝酒到深夜,因而总犯偏头痛的毛病,想来是由于睡眠不足所致,于是下决心好好睡几天。接连几天为了补充睡眠便早睡、晚起,一连大睡了几天,不想偏头痛症状并没缓解。这是怎么回事儿呢?向一些从医的朋友请教,原来,睡眠也是一个很有讲究的事呢!
