连二羟基化合物的合成方法很多,Pinacol反应合成法只是其中之一。对于简单脂肪族醛酮分子间的交叉Pinacol反应虽已有文献[1]报道,但对于比较复杂、含有较多官能团的醛酮之间的交叉Pinacol反应。特别是关于生物碱合成方面却尚未见报道。如果复杂分子间的交叉Pinacol反应能成功,将大大扩大这个反应的应用范围。我们在合成三尖杉酯类生物碱的研究工作中,为了采用交叉Pinacol反应合成异三尖杉酯碱,先以5-甲基-2-氧己酸乙酯1
Even the synthesis of dihydroxy compounds, Pinacol reaction synthesis method is only one of them. Although Pinacol cross-linked Pinacol reaction of simple aliphatic aldehydes and ketones has been reported in the literature [1], the cross-pinacol reaction between aldehydes and ketones with more functional groups is more complicated. In particular, alkaloid synthesis has not been reported. If the complex cross-pinacolpin reaction can be successful, it will greatly expand the scope of the reaction. In our research work on the synthesis of harringtonine alkaloids, in order to synthesize homoharringtonine by cross-pinacol reaction, we first used 5-methyl-2-oxohexanoate 1
