本文提出用增大断屑条件公式中系数的方法来断屑的设想,为达到增大系数的目的,采用前刀面磨出适当柱形沟或球形窝的车刀进行了实验。实验证明该设想是正确的,一系列实验结果为曲面形前刀面的设计提供了依据。
In this paper, the idea of increasing the coefficient of chip breaking in the formula for chip breaking is proposed. In order to achieve the purpose of increasing the coefficient, an experiment is carried out by using a lathe with a rake face to grind a suitable cylindrical groove or spherical socket. Experiments show that this assumption is correct. A series of experimental results provide the basis for the curved rake face design.
