乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)慢性携带者对乙型肝炎表面抗原有免疫耐受性,如能去除免疫耐受性则有可能根除携毒状态。原来能被耐受的抗原如稍加改变,则宿主与其接触后免疫耐受性可被消除。HBV疫苗仅含22nm球形HBsAg,且经消化酶处理,与自然衍生的抗原不同,似可达到上述目的。另外,一种亚型的疫苗可用于感染另一种异型HBV的携带者。为此,作者等进行本研究。
Chronic carriers of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) are immunologically tolerant to hepatitis B surface antigen, and removal of immunotolerance may eradicate the drug carrier. If the original antigen can be tolerated as a slight change, then the immune tolerance of the host after contact with them can be eliminated. The HBV vaccine contains only 22 nm spherical HBsAg and is digested by enzymes that, unlike naturally-derived antigens, seem to achieve the above objectives. In addition, one subtype of vaccine can be used to infect another carrier of allotype HBV. To this end, the author conducted the study.
