OBJECTIVE: To predict the development of the central nervous system by monitoring changes in intrauterine behavior in early pregnancy and in late pregnancy. Methods: The intrauterine behavior of fetus during the first trimester of pregnancy (11-15 weeks of gestation), second trimester of pregnancy (20-24 weeks of gestation) and third trimester of pregnancy (29-33 weeks of gestation) were observed by real-time three-dimensional function of color Doppler ultrasound (Including the head, mouth, trunk, hand, leg movements) and evaluate the incidence. Results: With the progress of gestational age, the incidence of various fetal behaviors showed different trends. Conclusion: If the third trimester pregnancy occurs during the first trimester, fetal central nervous system may be incomplete or defective.
