目的:通过检测ER、PR、PCNA在子宫腺肌病(Am)腺上皮细胞中的表达,探讨ER、PR在Am细胞增殖活动中的调控作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测36例Am组患者异位内膜、在位内膜及30例对照组正常内膜中ER、PR、PCNA的表达情况及相关性。结果:异位内膜组ER、PR表达均低于在位内膜(P<0.05)、高于正常内膜(P<0.05);PCNA表达高于在位和正常内膜(P<0.05);正常和在位内膜组ER和PR表达呈中度正相关(P<0.05),ER和PCNA表达也呈正相关(P<0.05)。1级和2级异位内膜组ER、PR表达和PCNA水平均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。在位内膜ER、PR、PCNA的表达增殖期高于分泌期(P<0.05),异位内膜三者表达无周期性(P>0.05)。结论:Am异位内膜组ER、PR与PCNA水平无明显相关关系且缺乏周期性变化,提示异位子宫内膜细胞增殖活动在一定程度上不受卵巢激素的调节,可能异位内膜与在位内膜存在不同的生长环境和增殖分化机制。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulatory role of ER and PR in the proliferation of Am cells by detecting the expression of ER, PR and PCNA in the adenoidal epithelial cells of the adenomyosis (Am). Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ER, PR and PCNA in eutopic and eutopic and eutopic endometrium from 36 cases of Am group and 30 cases of normal control group. Results: The expression of ER and PR in ectopic endometrium was lower than that in eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium (P <0.05), and the expression of PCNA was higher in eutopic and normal endometrium (P <0.05) There was a moderate positive correlation between ER and PR expression in normal and eutopic endometrium (P <0.05), and a positive correlation between ER and PCNA (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between ER, PR expression and PCNA level in grade 1 and grade 2 ectopic endometrium (P> 0.05). The expression of ER, PR and PCNA in eutopic endometrium was higher than that in secretory phase (P <0.05), while the expression of ER, PR and PCNA in eutopic endometrium was not periodic (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: There is no significant correlation between ER, PR and PCNA levels in Am ectopic endometrium and the lack of periodic changes, suggesting that ectopic endometrial cell proliferation activity is not regulated by ovarian hormones to a certain extent. Ectopic endometrium has different growth environment and proliferation and differentiation mechanism.
