今年以来，我国加入世贸组织进程取得了突破性进展，有望在年内实现加入世贸组织的目标。这一进程将对我国的经济发展、对外开放、经济体制改革等各个方面产生深刻而广泛的影响，既给我们带来良好的机遇，同时又形成重大的挑战。随着“入世”在即，我们必须做好因应加入世贸的各项准备。为了使读者对世贸组织以及加入世贸后对福建省的影响有一个更清楚的认识，从本期开始，我们将在省政府发展研究中心课题研究的基础上，刊登一组相关文章，供大家参考。
Since the beginning of this year, China has made breakthrough progress in its accession to the WTO and is expected to achieve its goal of joining the WTO within the year.
