我院干部病房1988～1995年间188例老年糖尿病病人中有蛋白尿83人，现就其与冠心病预后的关系进行初步的探讨。1临床资料①一般资料糖尿病按WHO（1980年）诊断标准及分型，全部为！型糖尿病。188例糖尿病中83例有不同程度的蛋白尿，占44％。其中男性76例，女性7例，年龄63～74岁
There were 83 cases of proteinuria in 188 elderly diabetic patients from 1988 to 1995 in our hospital cadre’s ward, and the relationship between them and the prognosis of coronary heart disease was discussed preliminarily. 1 clinical data ① General Information Diabetes According to WHO (1980) diagnostic criteria and classification, all for! Diabetes. 83 cases of 188 cases of diabetes have different degrees of proteinuria, accounting for 44%. There were 76 males and 7 females, aged 63-74 years old
