我们才溪公社卫生院,原是个人员少、设备简陋的保健院。为了落实毛主席关于“把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村去”的指示,在公社党委的领导下,近几年来,通过批修整风,加强路线教育,明确办院方向,同时,上级增加了我院医疗设备,充实了医务人员。目前我院已设有内、外、妇产、小儿、X光、化验等科室,现有病床25张,卫生工作人员23人,能做胃、子宫、阑尾、计划生育和外伤急救处理等手术,成为周围四个公社的中心卫生院。在公社党委的直接领导下,我院在巩固发展合作医疗制度,培训提高赤脚医生和不脱产卫生
