随着国民素质的不断提升,家长对于孩子的教育工作越来越重视,对于小学教学管理工作开展也提出了很多的要求。但是对于我国小学教学管理现状进行深入调查发现,其中存在很多不良问题,不仅降低了教学成效,而且对小学生的健康成长也造成了影响。小学教学管理人员需要提升重视程序,找寻有效的措施进行改善,从而促进小学教学管理水平的提升。对小学教学管理工作中存在的问题与对策进行深入分析,希望对相关教育人员有所启示。
With the continuous improvement of the quality of the people, parents pay more and more attention to children’s education and put forward many requirements for the teaching management of primary schools. However, an in-depth investigation into the status quo of primary school teaching management in our country found that there were many undesirable problems that not only reduced the teaching effectiveness but also had an impact on the healthy growth of primary school children. Primary teaching management personnel need to enhance the importance of procedures to find effective measures to improve, so as to promote the improvement of teaching management in primary schools.
