构建社会主义和谐社会,必须建设服务型政府,这就必然要求政府要加快行政体制改革。需要我们的政府不断转变观念,转向以人为本,以善治理念促进合作共治以推进制度创新;需要改进政府服务方式以加快转变政府职能;需要推进电子政务以提高政府的工作效率;需要实行政务公开以加强政府工作的公开化和透明化;需要加快法治建设以完善法律监督体系,健全政府问责机制,强化和优化对政府的监督制约作用。
To build a socialist harmonious society, we must build a service-oriented government, which inevitably requires the government to speed up the reform of the administrative system. We need our government to constantly change our concept, turn to people-oriented, and promote cooperation and governance in accordance with the concept of “good governance” to promote institutional innovation. We need to improve government service to expedite the transformation of government functions. We need to promote e-government so as to improve the government’s work efficiency. We need to speed up the development of the rule of law so as to improve the legal supervision system, improve the government accountability mechanism, and strengthen and optimize the supervision and restriction of the government.
